Conditions and rules described  by the individual booking site, travel agency or tour operator apply to these bookings. All changes and cancellations must be made via the booking page etc. the stay is booked through.

ByLofoten operates with different conditions for our hotels.
Please pay attention to that these conditions ONLY apply for bookings made through the hotels own webpages or by direct contakt by mail/phone with our Service Office. Please choose hotel to see the current conditions

nordis apartments

Follwing conditions ONLY APPLY for changes or cancellations of bookings made directly at Nordis Apartments

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival day (15:00). PS! You can check in any time on arrival day. A key code will be sent to you by SMS/Mail as soon as your apartment is ready (latest at 15:00).

NB! We practice payment in advance for bookings made on our websites, by phone and email.

If the room is cancelled within the applicable deadline we will issue a full refund. All changes and cancellations of bookings must be made by e-mail.

Ground rules for cancellation:
– If the guest do not show up and no cancellation has been made within deadline: No refund
– If room is cancelled later than applicable deadline (48 hours before arrival): No refund

NB! Special conditions:
There are separate conditions for bookings with stays between 13 and 15 March 2025. Only non-refundable bookings.
